Long time no blog......

Holy Cow! This semester is almost over and it has been one crazy semester! Well, I got accepted in the Nursing program at my college and I start this coming August. I have been dating a guy named Byron and he goes to the college about 30 minutes north of mine. In April we went to his Air force bouquet and my roommate got baptized. HALLOWEEN DECORATING

So the apartment complex that I live in had a Halloween decorating contest for our doors but that was soon changed by me and my roommates. We decided on a Friday night to make the area in front of our apartment into a haunted house. It took us about six hours last Friday night to hang garbage bags to block out the sun light. We also added green spider web to the ceiling of the over hang and made bats to hang from the ceiling and ghosts. We made a mummy the next night while we watched a movie and put him in the coffin. This last Tuesday night we hung the little ghosts, bats and skeleton heads from the ceiling. Then Wednesday night was finished putting up the spider web on the walls and hung a giant ghost at the entrance, but he fell down the next day. We had a black tree with skeleton's and spiders. A witch broom and then a skeleton on the floor. But to top it all off we had strobe lights! It was amazing and still is! People come up to our apartment to look because they want to know what it is, and then we come running out when we hear them scream. But we also have purple spider web with a spider and a skeleton hanging on our wall with a spider web over it with little spiders in our apartment. Oh the greatness of Halloween :)!

Oregon State vs. Boise State

I went home to Boise for the Boise State-Oregon State game! I was able to hang out with a friend who had recently just gotten home from his mission. Then the next day I was able to spend time with my parents by going to the library, and going out to eat and then of course the football game! BSU took home a big win over Oregon with a 37-24 win. The stadium had BSU spirit from the different sections to wearing their assigned BSU color to the volume of the fans screaming their lungs out. It was a great weekend! And to top it all off I found out that my brother and his wife are going to have their child in May 2011- I am going to be an aunt 9 times over! Life is amazing!

20 years old!

So for my birthday my work gave me the day off, so I was lazy all day! I literally just hung around the house, took a nap, kinda studied for my CNA course final. But little did I know that my parents planned a surprise party with the family that night. I was able to play with my nephews, talk to my siblings and their spouses. But what I thought was really cool was the fact that my brother and my sister in law were in Portland and they hurried and drove back to Boise to be with the rest of us that night! What can I say..I have an amazing family! My parents also went to a place that I love their cakes and bought and had it decorated just for me!Then later that week my parents and I went to Tim Mcgraw and Lady A...all in all it was a great week! So life has been crazy and I haven't had my camera for the past couple of weeks so some time next week I will update this better and add pics. I promise something is coming!

Four out of six of my nephews

My sister went to New York for a week to present her ballet presentation in front of a ballet organization and while she was there my parents and I watched the twins. Of course other members of my family that live in Boise helped out a ton! I wanted to show off how cute they are...so here they are! I love them so much!
